Zurich, January 31, 2018 – ADVANCE event on “equal pay is good for business” @ PwC Zurich
On this occasion, while a participant was commenting on women “lack of negociation skills”, Can Istebir Manager Inclusion and Diversity Philip Morris International declared that : “It is up to each employer to ensure gender equality in pay – this should not be shifted to any individual’s capacity to negotiate. In ensuring equal pay between men and women, companies will then avoid inheriting and widening the existing pay gap.”
